Lovingly renovated and retaining all its traditional charm, Bridge Cottage is a 19th century stone built property nestled between the hills and the River Ba.
A stone’s throw from the bridge over the river, lending the cottage it’s name, this property presents a cosy home from home on the isle of Mull which sleeps up to four.
Key features include the cosy wood burning stove in the livingroom, and the open lawns which are ideal for spotting fallow deer in the early morning or late evening light.
Bridge Cottage benefits from a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. When relaxing in the evening, enjoy sky freesat or the DVD player. The family bathroom offers an electric power shower over the bath, and the whole property can be warmed thanks to the oil fired central heating.
One of the best locations on the Island. Well appointed cottage – 60+ species of birds including great veiws of sea eagles. Well done to Benmore Estates – keep up the good work!
28 years ago this was our honeymoon cottage! Then it was cold and damp – what a change! Having visited Mull regularly since then, this is the best accommodation we have ever enjoyed. It sets the standard for what a holiday cottage should be. The weather has been fairly wet so having a warm, dry cottage to return to makes all the of difference. We were visited last night by the fallow deer grazing on the lawn, a nice end to our holiday.
A glorious week. The cottage, location, weather and wildlife. Golden and white tailed eagles, a skylark having a dust-bath, dozens of species of birds and a herd of fallow deer keeping the grass outside the cottage short, otters etc… etc… And corncrake on Iona. I hope those who follow us have just as good a time on this beautiful Island and in this special location.
