Riverside Cottage 2 mirrors the layout of Cottage 1, and offers wonderful modern comforts. This cottage has two good-sized bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with plenty of storage and cosy soft furnishings. The master bedroom is spacious and bright, with a kingsize bed, and enjoys views over the garden area offering peace and tranquillity. The spacious and sociable open plan country kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home, with a large oval dining table, plus fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Light streams in through the double patio doors leading out onto the garden, a perfect place to spot a host of wild birds on the feeders outside. There is furniture for those warm summer evenings. The stylish living room is decorated with Jolomo prints – one of Scotland’s best loved contemporary artists. The warmth of the wood burning stove is a welcome addition. The TV provides evening and rainy day entertainment. There is a utility room with washing, drying and ironing facilities, and a family bathroom with a large shower. There is also an additional WC.
