Stalking
Benmore Estate offers some of the most varied stalking terrain, providing the perfect hunting grounds for those wishing to enjoy the most traditional Highland sporting activity. We offer both stag and hind stalking as part of our deer management plan.
Salmon & Trout Fishing
The unspoilt rivers and lochs of the estate offer first-class salmon & trout fishing. Cast for wild Atlantic salmon and sea trout on the River Forsa and River Ba, try your hand at dapping on the beautiful Loch Ba or enjoy a fast paced day of trout fishing up at Loch Bearnach.
Sea Fishing
For keen anglers, our sea fishing boat unlocks the opportunity to catch a really big one! The seas here are brimming with common skate and tope and the estate’s own lobster pots can be hauled up in the hope of returning home with fresh Scottish seafood.
Clay Pigeon Shooting
Whether you’re a seasoned Shot or picking up a gun for the first time, our clay pigeon shooting sessions are the perfect blend of sport and spectacle against a dramatic scenic backdrop. From two-hour practice sessions to a full simulated driven day, there’s something for every level.
Hill Walking
Mull is a hill walker’s paradise where every ridge reveals a new panorama of sea, sky and island. For the peak baggers, climb Benmore (Mull’s only Munro), and take your camera, as all hikes provide opportunities to see sea and golden eagles, red deer and otters along the way.
