Benmore Estate is seeking an exceptional couple to join our small team on the beautiful Isle of Mull in 2026!

We are looking for a full time ghillie/estate worker, as well as a part time housekeeper. The successful candidates will work closely with our team and guests to provide memorable sporting and hospitality experiences whilst also maintaining the estate and properties to the highest standard.

This is an exciting opportunity to live and work in one of Scotland’s most spectacular settings whilst undertaking a varied and rewarding role. Accommodation will be provided.
