Ghillie and Housekeeper Couple Required – Isle of Mull

Benmore Estate is seeking an exceptional couple to join our small team on the beautiful Isle of Mull from 2026.

The Roles:

Full-Time Ghillie/Estate Worker – Fishing, stalking, boating and general estate operations across our exclusive-use properties. You’ll work closely with guests to create memorable sporting experiences while helping the team to maintain the estate to the highest standards.

Part-Time Housekeeper – Working with our housekeeping team to ensure our properties are immaculately presented for guests. Attention to detail and a passion for creating welcoming spaces are essential.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced professionals who take pride in their work and understand the unique demands of a luxury hospitality estate. You’ll need to be self-motivated, guest-focused, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team in a remote and beautiful location.
